I pretty much a sort of quiet person. I wish I were more outgoing, but enough the people around me know me and actually have gotten me to be a little more outgoing. I really like Amberlin and hope that things remain pretty much as they are.

The service providers at Amberlin are simply great. Whether it’s the front office personnel or the maintenance personnel the aim is 100% satisfaction. Amberlin is a great place to live. We could not have picked a better location, a better team, and a better living environment.

My Mother and Sister have been at Amberlin for 2+ years. They have had such a great experience from the beautiful apartments to their favorite activities: the Wednesday Socials, the Aging is Cool events, the Book Club and Resident Bible Study, that I finally moved in with them to be part of the awesome friends and full life that they are enjoying!! Love it. I think some of my friends who still have homes are jealous.

Would like to be informed of a timeframe window for the maintenance, instead of an 8hr day, ie: 9:00-11:00 12:00-2:00 3:00-5:00. I know we give permission for tech to enter, but I certainly don’t want to be in the shower, and have someone enter.

The community becoming more friendly. I would like a little more room in my apartment but it is what I can afford. I like to see more activities planned and lead my management. I always love Mike. After touring about a dozen 55+ places from Dallas to Plano, Amberlin is by far the most attractive—great location and fabulous variety of activities available. After living in A large home in California for 58 years, I am excited to start a new life chapter and make new friends at Amberlin.

This is the 2nd year we are renewing at Amberlin at The Station Boulevard. We immediately felt welcome and a shout out to Asst. Manager Mike for doing all the extra things he does with helpers of course. It was a great decision to sell our home and move closer to our children. The amenities are awesome! Here’s to another year, Thank you Amberlin for being there for us.

If you open up and are willing to participate, Amberlin at the Station can bring you such a sense of belonging!!! I say, when I moved here, I started "living," again! According to my daughter, I started "living," period! It brings a lot of relief to her, as well, as an only child. She feels a lot of stress has been lifted off of her, worrying about what I am doing, how I am doing, etc. We feel like this is absolutely the best move I could have made!!! Thank you all!!!

I love the people here and the sense of family atmosphere. The staff is amazing and very efficient. The maintenance crew does a fantastic and timely job. Claudia and Dwayne Jackson are organized and awesome. They work their hearts out. I love the Wednesday Socials, as well as Brunches and games!!! I would never want to live anywhere else, as Amberlin cannot be topped!💜

WOW !!! were we surprised, from the minute we walked into Amberlin it was quickly apparent that we were on the right track, the tour was amazing the people we met while touring were so friendly, and the apartments were so different from the last apartments we lived in 36 years ago LOL, we were amazed at how open and spacious they were and how much storage space there was . We have been living here for 10 months now and it has been just what we needed, we especially enjoy the events that Dwayne and Claudia arrange, they are a special couple and always ready to listen if you have concerns . All I can say is if you are looking for a family this is the place .

From the moment we stepped into the clubhouse to take the tour, we were welcomed wholeheartedly by both staff and residents. Amberlin is a friendly place with plenty to keep you going and if you prefer a quiet space, they have a nice , very well stocked library to sit in and read. All in all, we are not disappointed in our decision to make Amberlin home!

We love living at Amberlin. Apartment Life, which we had never even heard of until Amberlin, is a big part of that. Dwayne and Claudia have embraced us in such a sincere and helpful way that integrating into a new community has been seamless. We have lived at Amberlin for almost 2 years now. WE have totally enjoyed the relationship we have developed. The staff have been very helpful whenever a problem has arisen. Danny is an outstanding maintenance worker. The office staff have always been very professional. Claudia and Dwayne do an outstanding job as Life Coordinators. Please take a look at Amberlin.

To me it is more like at home with a family. The amenities are great. There is so much to do here if you want to get involved. The staff is excellent. They make all of the activities very special, and always join in.The maintenance staff is great. They tend to things very quickly, and always have a smile on their face. I wouldn’t live anyplace else but here. It is truly a fun active adult community.
