Contrary to previous survey review- There is no problem with the hot water in sinks-aside of this resident needed a tutorial on how to use faucet- That maintenance responded quickly, late Fri. 💥💥💥💥💥

I enjoy living here among a lot of good, friendly neighbors! I still work and don’t get to enjoy a lot of the evening functions. Everyone I talk to enjoys living here! A great maintenance crew!!

We were a little nervous about moving into an apartment after we sold our property, after living on 12 acres for 36 years the idea of being in a building with lots of strangers and in a city we were a little uncertain if this was a good idea. WOW !!! were we surprised, from the minute we walked into Amberlin it was quickly apparent that we were on the right track, first meeting Amanda,who I must say is the best person to meet first, then on to Mike and Susie we felt so welcomed, the tour was amazing the people we met while touring were so friendly, and the apartments were so different from the last apartments we lived in 36 years ago LOL, we were amazed at how open and spacious they were and how much storage space there was . We have been living here for 10 months now and it has been just what we needed, we especially enjoy the events that Dwayne and Claudia arrange, they are a special couple and always ready to listen if you have concerns . All I can say is if you are looking for a family this is the place .

This is Carol Ireland, using Claudia Jackson's account because I don't have one !!!! I LOVE my Amberlin life and home! Many thanks to our awesome Staff, SUSIE, Mike and Stacie! Also I tremendously appreciate the great works and hard efforts of Claudia and Dwayne Jackson. They do such an awesome job with the Socials, I especially loved the Homecoming Dance. Their Romeo and Juliet breakfasts are fantastic, birthday celebrations and everything else they do! The community and loving spirit of the residents at Amberlin is truly amazing! We are like one big happy family! People love and help each other here. I highly recommend Amberlin to everyone. Check us out and you will look no further! BLESSINGS Carol Ireland

From the moment we stepped into the clubhouse to take the tour, we were welcomed wholeheartedly by both staff and residents. Amberlin is a friendly place with plenty to keep you going and if you prefer a quiet space, they have a nice , very well stocked library to sit in and read. All in all, we are not disappointed in our decision to make Amberlin home!

Some rules are enforced randomly. Additionally, if an apartment unit has a problem that creates a monetary problem for the tenant, there should be some type of reimbursement. Tenants do not decide the size of a heating unit or if a thermostat is operating properly. But after several complaints, the tenant should be compensated for exorbitant charges.

I like living in these apartments, the residents are quiet at night. Office staff is excellent and quick to respond to maintenance requests. The maintenance staff is always available to assist with any issues. The only issue I have is since I'm still working, I don't take advantage of the amenities they have to offer, because I arrive home late from work. So, I feel as if I'm paying for something I don't attend. Also, my drive to the office is very far from where I live. It's a long drive to DFW Airport, therefore, creates extra expenses, paying for road-Toll and gasoline. So, if I stay the incentive must be incredibly good for me to renew the lease. Other then that, I like living here.

We love living at Amberlin. Apartment Life, which we had never even heard of until Amberlin, is a big part of that. Dwayne and Claudia have embraced us in such a sincere and helpful way that integrating into a new community has been seamless. Everyone at Amberlin, every person who works here and every neighbor, has been welcoming, accepting and has made us feel at home from the first day. We truly thank you!

Would like to see better follow through from office staff when a request is made. Also, the elevators are dirty and rarely cleaned. The maintenance crew, Danny and Lin, are awesome! They do a wonderful job and are always so friendly and respond quickly. We would love to have a larger storage room on our floor.

We have lived at Amberlin for almost 2 years now. WE have totally enjoyed the relationship we have developed. The staff have been very helpful whenever a problem has arisen. Danny is an outstanding maintenance worker. The office staff have always been very professional. Claudia and Dwayne do an outstanding job as Life Coordinators. Please take a look at Amberlin.

To me it is more like at home with a family. The amenities are great. There is so much to do here if you want to get involved. The staff is excellent. They make all of the activities very special, and always join in.The maintenance staff is great. They tend to things very quickly, and always have a smile on their face. I wouldn’t live anyplace else but here. It is truly a fun active adult community.
